सर्वोच्च अदालतले देउवालाई प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्त गर्न आदेशको पूर्णपाठ

The Supreme Court has declared the dissolution of the House of Representatives by President Vidyadevi Bhandari on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli as unconstitutional.

Restoring the dissolved House of Representatives at midnight on June 22, the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court has issued an order to appoint Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba as the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 76 (5) of the Constitution.

In the decision, Deuba has been asked to appoint the prime minister by 5 pm tomorrow. That is, the president must appoint the prime minister within 28 hours of the decision.

According to Article 76 (3) of the Constitution, the UML parliamentary party leader Oli, who was appointed as the Prime Minister as the leader of the largest party in the House of Representatives, had to take a vote of confidence within 30 days.
