Admission eligibility
To get admission to the BALLB program of Lumbini Buddhist University (LBU), students should secure a position in the merit list published after an entrance examination.
They should fill out an application form before they can appear in the entrance exam.
The entrance examination is conducted by the Office of Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of LBU. Students who have passed +2 with at least Second Division marks or above may apply for the entrance examination. They may write their answers either in English or Nepali.

1. Jurisprudence
- Meaning and definition
2. Law
- Meaning and definition
- Kinds, sources, and importance
- Rule of Law
- Legal concepts: Person, Possession, Ownership, Property, Right, Duty, Liability and Justice
3. Constitution
- Meaning
- Constitution of Nepal (2072): Preamble, Part I (Preliminary), Part III (Fundamental Right) and Part III (Judiciary).
