Many Universities and affiliated colleges have been announced for entrance forms for BALLB. The admission of a five-year B.A.LL.B. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) program opens generally with other bachelor programs of universities. Students seeking admission to the BALLB program can apply while the universities announce for admission.
Entrance exams have been taken on the basis of subjective and objective tests. The language of the entrance exam is either English or Nepali.
Syllabus for BALLAB Entrance Exam
The general outline for the entrance exam is given below, as per the university notice there are some differences.
- Introduction to Law and Kinds of Law,
- Importance and Role of Law in a Society,
- Sources of Law,
- General Introduction to Rights and Duties,
- Person: Kinds of Persons (Legal and Natural),
- General Introduction to the Constitution
- Fundamental Rights under the Constitution of Nepal, 2072.
Eligibility
Students with a minimum D grade or C grade in 10+2 or equivalent examinations are eligible to fill out the admission forms. The eligible candidates have to clear the entrance examinations to be able to get admission to the program.
