Guidelines for Cause-list Management by Gola Process (Gola Process), 2078 (गोला प्रक्रियाद्वारा पेसी व्यवस्थापन सम्बन्धी कार्यविधि निर्देशिका, २०७८) come into force from 1 December 2021 (15 Mansir 2078 BS).

In this process, judges are collectively constitute the benches and cause list by Gola Process. In the Supreme Court, all the judges will meet in the hall next to the office of the Chief Registrar at 10 o’clock and will choose the bench and the case.  There are some basic steps you can take to begin the process of preparation.

As it is called rounding process (Gola Process) , some people have understood it as rounding by writing a number or a sign on a piece of paper and make round it. But in reality, the round system is the work of pulling the sign written inside the bag and determining the bench and case.
